Make a difference in your community

Are you aged 16–21 and confident using smartphones and apps?

 

We're looking for enthusiastic young people to become Digital Volunteers, helping patients learn how to download, register for, and use the NHS App.

As a volunteer, you'll support patients who may need extra help getting online and accessing digital healthcare services.

 

What you'll do

  • Help patients download the NHS App.
  • Guide patients through account setup and registration.
  • Show patients how to access key features such as appointments, prescriptions, and health information.
  • Provide friendly, patient support in community and healthcare settings.

 

What you'll gain

  • Access to mandatory NHS training in Health and Safety, Infection Control, Safeguarding , Information Security, etc.

You should:

  • Be aged 16–21
  • Be confident using smartphones and apps.
  • Enjoy helping people.
  • Be friendly, reliable, and willing to learn.

 

No previous volunteering experience is required. Training and support will be provided.
